30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

We cover the cost of return shipping. After we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method.

How to start a return

1. Email us at luvoratreasure@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We reply with return instructions.
3. Send the piece back. Once we receive and check it, we refund the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need another color or size? Tell us in your message and we will arrange an exchange.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or stolen packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve it and send a replacement or refund. If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address on the order, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact us and we will share the delivery details.
