Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will get an email with a tracking link. You can also check it any time on our Track your order page. A few days without a new scan is normal, carriers do not update at every step.

Damaged, missing or lost packages

• Arrived damaged: write to us with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
• Tracking shows delivered but you do not have it: check with household members and neighbors, then contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
• Delayed far beyond the estimate: contact us and we will check with the carrier. [To be confirmed: after how many days we send a replacement or refund.]
