30-day returns

If you are not happy, return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

1. Email luvoratreasure@gmail.com or use the Contact page with your order number.
2. We reply with return instructions.
3. Send the piece back. Once we receive and check it, we refund the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need another color or size? Tell us in your message and we will arrange an exchange.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within [X] days with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or stolen packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will help you resolve it with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address on the order, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact us and we will share the delivery details.
